When you feel ready to finish this meditation breathe in deeply, feel that contraction like you sucked in every atom of light keep it in for moment feel it potency and power, then exhale like nuclear explosion light bursting from within you try to see how far you casted that circle of light, and keep for couple of seconds in your mind image of sphere you created.
